Non-Returnable Products:
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged products.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with the seal intact.
Proof Requirement:
- Customers must share clear pictures or videos of the issue when requesting a return.
Timeframe:
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed after inspection, issued as store credit or via the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, even if the return is due to our error.
